WHEN IS THE BEST
TIME TO BOOK?
DO YOU TRAVEL?
DO YOU OFFER STEAMING ADD-ONS THAT WEREN"T SCHEDULED?
It's never too early to book. On average, my larger steaming/dressing jobs book about 10 months in advance. But I will say more than 50% of my bookings take place with less than 2 months before the wedding.
I will travel all over New England with many of my job locations in Boston, Newport, RI and Coastal Maine. I have steamed in every New England State but I have traveled as far as Disney World in Florida. Let's just say, if my car can reach you, I'm always up for a road trip.
I unfortunately do not. This is for two reasons. First, items that are not listed on my contract are not covered by my Liability Insurance. Second, my day is scheduled on a strict timeline and last minute add-ons will disrupt my schedule. I will, however, update a contract with a last minute add-on no later than one month to the wedding.

Items that are not on my contract. I understand that "it doesn't have to be perfect" or that "it shouldn't take me too long." The answer is unfortunately no and I HATE saying no.

Veils that have been bought online. Veils are quite delicate and are available in a wide variety of materials. Because of this, veils will need to be pre-approved before being added to the contract.
